In front of their largest crowd of the season so far Roffey arrived at the Herbert Direct Stadium still looking to achieve their first win of the season playing home side Horsham YMCA. Just before half time Roffey took the lead when a pass from captain Tiago Andrade found George Cousins who stroked the ball into the goal. Early in the second half YMCA equalised when Archie Goddard beat the off-side trap but his shot rebounded from the goal post but he made no mistake with his second shot. A little later Ashley Dugdale scored from a Dan Evans pass but was ruled out for off-side. So the game ended in a 1-1 draw with possibly both Horsham YMCA and Roffey a little disappointed in not gaining a win. Roffey FC named Jack Stafford their Man of the Match.
